James' Marathon Blog

The Edinburgh Marathon was launched in 2003 and it is now the second largest marathon in the UK. In 2010 James ran the London marathon in less than four hours, raising over £12,000 for MAP (www.map-uk.org) to purchase vitally need emergency surgical kits for the hospitals of Gaza.

This year he is aiming to raise another £10,000 to help MAP buy equipment to upgrade the burns unit at Shifa hospital in Gaza city.

HELP ME RUN THE EDINBURGH MARATHON

After doing the London Marathon for MAP in 2010 (see below) I've decided to try and improve my time and this time raise money for the upgrade of burns facilities in Palestinian hospitals in Gaza and the West Bank.
